We pride ourselves on getting the job done right and fast so you can keep your tasks on track and avoid further setbacks down the road. We do that with the understanding that the economy can be tight – our prices will always be as low as we can keep them.
In-home Diagnostic for Only $119 – Applied toward Repair
The technician will come to your home, find the issue, and give you a quote for the repair. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic is included! If you decide to go another direction, there will just be a flat diagnostic fee.

Shop Diagnostic for Only $59 – applied toward repair
Drop off your appliance at our new location (1272 N Yellowstone Hwy, Suite 3, Rexburg, ID 83440) and we’ll take it from there!

Where do we service?
Our standard zone includes anything within 20 miles of our shop (Rexburg, Sugar City, Rigby, Ririe, St. Anthony, Teton, Newdale, and Menan areas).
We may offer service in other areas upon request. Feel free to give us a call.
What to Expect When We Arrive
When our technician arrives, they’ll start by listening to your description of the problem. Then, they’ll get to work diagnosing the issue. You’re welcome to go about your day while we work. Once we’ve found a solution and prepared an estimate, we’ll reconnect to review the details and answer any questions. If you need to step out, we can send the information and discuss it with you over the phone.
Before We Arrive
- DIY Repairs: If you’ve tried fixing the appliance yourself, please reassemble it before we arrive. This helps us test it properly and ensures there aren’t any loose parts or connections we aren’t aware of.
- Installation: Please leave appliances installed and ready to use. This will help us test each component.
- Breaker Panel: Please leave a clear path and access to the electric circuit breaker panel(s) for your home. We may need to shut off the power to the appliance.
- Refrigerators: If possible, leave them running unless they’re causing damage. Seeing the current temperature and any ice buildup can help pinpoint the problem.
- Work Area: Keep the area clear so we can move the appliance if needed.
- Safety: Please keep children and pets away from the work area.
